Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from Settings → Plan & Billing at any time. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Is my payment data secure?

All payments are handled by Stripe — Epsilo never sees or stores your card number. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified, the highest level of payment security.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and most international cards via Stripe Checkout. Bank-account billing (ACH) is available on annual plans by request.

Do you offer a refund?

Yes — request a full refund within 14 days of any new subscription or upgrade. Email support@epsilo.app and we'll process it within 5 business days.

Is there a free trial on paid plans?

Every new account gets a 14-day Pro trial automatically. No credit card required to start. You'll be on the Free plan unless you choose to upgrade.

What's the difference between Pro and Premium?

Pro is sized for serious retail investors — 5 portfolios, 100 holdings each, real-time quotes, unlimited Compare/Risk, and a generous AI quota. Premium removes every quota, unlocks unlimited Backtests and Rebalance, and gives you full-year signal history.

Do you sell or share my data?

No. Your portfolio, watchlists, holdings, and AI conversations are private to your account. Aggregate, anonymised metrics are used to improve the product. See the Privacy Policy for the full data-handling picture.
